Fantastic!
I think the most challenging thing for me to cut out is alcohol. I have started going to the gym and stuff, and for a week i didnt drink and started to drop weight quickly. But its just not sustainable to my lifestyle to not drink. So i'll just go hard when i work out and just burn it off. Even if my net is only a few pounds in the end. I'm just not willing to give up on something important to me.

Gagsy, 18 lbs in a month? That's really great! It looks like you're doing a fantastic job. At this point even if you didn't lose a bit here or there, you've already made such a progression, I'm sure you'd get back into the swing of it well. I'm sure the haircut will help you feel good and fresh, too.
Keep at it, because it seems like you've got the hang of things right now. Once you get into a rhythm like that I bet it does good for consistent weight loss and motivation and feeling satisfied with yourself. Also, roughly five pounds a week doesn't seem like too overkill for weight loss per week. Ten would definitely be too much I imagine. Generally, doctors advise about two lbs per week, but depending on one's weight, five or six lbs might be fine too. Just make sure there's that sweet bootay left when you're done! (as others have mentioned) Good luck and keep at it!

Yeah I hope so. I'm actually worried a little now as previous attempts to lose weight have never lasted long and I have that horrible feeling that I'm going to fall off the wagon soon. You're right though that I have done well and even if I do slip a little I can do it..
I need to be careful though today and tomorrow. Weekends are hard for me, I know they are with most people but its difficult for me because I'm working all day, and 12 hours stuff at a desk.. You so somehow get hungier.
Thanks again :)
