Hey! Just wanted to stop in and say good for you on watching your weight like this. I just started getting back in shape for this half marathon I've got in May. (I don't quite have my summer body anymore ): ) Whether you're trying to lose fat or just look good, I know it's not an easy thing to do. And I don't think I've ever lost any more than 3 or 4 pounds in one week, you're consistently losing nearly 6? Damn! Congrats on that!
Weird there was a half marathon ran in my town today so funny you should mention that. Its something I think I'd like to do if I ever do get into shape.
And thanks so much for the support and good luck yourself. I honestly think I've been quite lucky so far. I have the feeling its all going to slow down now but as long as it goes still bit by bit then I will hopefully keep trying. Thanks again!

His older brother Oliver already does. He collects though football card things and he got a shiny Torres card and his face just lit up because it was a Chelsea card and a shiny one too. It was lovely. :)

Haha no (I wish). Actually his original name was Harris, chosen by his mother but I think a few people made negative comments to her about it, or got it wrong and so they just changed it. This was when he was a few weeks old.
He looks more like a Harry anyway :D And Harris is a terrible name so glad she realised and shes terribly stubborn so good she hasn't made her son suffer the name further.

Hey, one pound is still a loss! Plus, after that week where you only lost half a pound, you lost 5 1/2 more, so maybe that will happen this upcoming week? I also wonder if you're gaining muscle weight from the physical activity, too. That's always possible now that your body is burning the fat off but your muscles are being used more too.
I am going to try to bike for at least an hour five days a week (started a week or two ago, but only did it three times, but five times from here on out!). I think it's great you're sticking with it. Plateaus will suck, but I'm sure if you keep at it and just keeping increasing your physical exertion, you'll start losing more again. I'm sure your dog loves the activity as well! Good luck and HARRY IS SO ADORABLE.
Yeah I think I may be gaining some muscle on me. My legs and arms certainly feel stronger at the moment. I hope it is just that.
And damn you go girl. Even biking for that 3 times a week is awesome so don't put yourself down is you don't manage the full 5 days. You're actually trying too and thats great.
As for the walking I still need to do more I think. From next week I'm going to try to do the 10000 steps a day thing and by a day I mean per dog walk, which will be about 5 miles and it'll be tricky all in one go but I have the time to do it. I just need to get my body in that right frame too. I'm doing a lot more now than I ever did but I know I need to do more and I can do without hurting myself.

Yes! In fact this morning at work I'm wearing a shirt that was always a little too tight at the bottom (I never did the last button up incase it popped off which was more than possible). Now I've got the bottom button done and it is not tight at all, there is room in there and its perfectly comfortable.
My jeans mostly feel the same against my legs but there is much more space in the waist part.
Actually one of the best guides I'm using is a certain office chair at work. It's smaller than the other ones we have here and it is tight for me to get into. In fact I think the first time I squeezed into it, it actually hurt my thighs after a few minutes. Now the chair is still tight on my thighs but its much less and hopefully my frame will keep fitting it better and better :)
