Although 6 pounds is a lot to lose in a week, as long as you still eat nutritious food, I think you will be fine. When I first dieted, I lost 10 pounds in a week, but my weight loss has since froze. it's not a big deal because I'm really not that overweight.
Also, Luna is best pony :P

There must be something about your mid 20s. Perhaps it is when you finally start to feel grown up? I still feel like a kid on the inside, that is probably why I still enjoy this website, but only in the last year have a really started to think about what I want in life and doing something about it. Only now do I really feel like an adult, and I must say it feels good to know my life is moving forwards (oh, and I am a much luckier man than Em is a woman!).
So I guess what I am saying is that 25 is an excellent time to start living :).
(and any help I gave was a two way street- that was the most miserable time of my life, and you were one of the few shining lights during that period. That will also not be forgotten.)
