I can't get past the gag bit. that's the only bit that makes sense to me but I can't imagine your username is all about gagging. like even if it is about actually gagging someones mouth and not the retch kind of gag like when someone unleashes some horrific methane, it's still weird. you don't strike me as a gagger or a gaggy kind of person. but gagsy. man. what a puzzle.

I just remembered that the slime in your icon is the first enemy you encounter on a game I happen to own for the NES. It's actually called Dragon Warrior in the US for some reason, up until the Playstation games when they changed it to Dragon Quest :P

Oh, and don't let the 1/2 pound get you down. Like you said yourself, you just overindulged a bit because of so many things going on this week. Either way, keep up the good work, here's to some more losses in the future! :D

after 3.5 months I'm pretty sure you earned yourself a little respite. I like your attitude about it though. a little rest and then right back into it. it must be pretty hard to say no to all those habits you want to change. does it get easier? your determination and strength is incredibly admirable.

I don't think it does get easier actually. I've spent a lifetime eating bad and working out none, so even now there is the temptation to just give in. Some weeks are much harder, I'm getting through a few of them at the moment. Hopefully I do make it through the other side still.

Thanks though about the determination and strength thing. I never thought about it that way before.
