I don't know. A little I guess. I still don't feel I have much to be grateful for. Too many years living a pessimistic lifestyle. It's hard to shake off.

It's great you've taken the advice and written a list of things you're proud to have. It's a step forward and you should be pleased with that.
Also, a disclaimer: I'm a terrible talker, as you'll find out eventually whenever we actually meet. I've told you before that you shouldn't feel inferior whatsoever - we're both equal and both have different characteristics that make us who we are.
As again though, it's great to know you've been thinking about the positives and I hope you will do so again whenever you feel low about yourself.
