Things that annoy me

1. Work

- Snotty customers, drunk customers, foreign customers who speak terrible broken English, eldery customers who are half deaf and whos gums I can hear smacking together as they talk. My boss, my bosses wife. The horrible shrill noise of the telephone ringing. Drivers who come in and just annoy me by talking about rubbish.

2. Family

- When my mum sneezes about ten times in quick succession in disgusting fashion. When my mum drinks heavily. When my brothers are selfish and don't realise it. When my dad drinks. When my brother Carl gambles. When both of my brothers 'borrow' money off of me. When it's painfully clear that my mum loves my brothers more than me.

3. Myself

- Everything

holy fuck judging from the first three comments, NG is shit at giving advice (although I guess you have to wait a little longer for people to actually say something worthwhile).

There's a long list of things that annoy everybody and sometimes it might take a while to realise that. Everybody gets annoyed but then there's usually a list of things that tends to put us in a more positive mood too - I know how tacky that sounds, but I'm sure you know it's the case.

Stop looking at the negatives; gaze at your positives: at a time of recession, you were kept at your workplace earning an income; you have a lovely nephew; your characteristics are positive and genuine and that allows people to enjoy who you are; etc - just because people aren't being appreciative of you, doesn't mean that others aren't appreciative.

Pardon my typos, if any: my keyboard seems to be acting up recently. Just keep in mind that with the bringing down, there's always the put up. Ups and downs; swings and roundabouts.

I think it's best not to focus on the things that annoy us. If we do, we tend to become further exasperated. Instead I think we should aim to resolve the things that annoy us as best we can.

Some problems are "irresolvable". Pricks will be pricks, British weather will be British and we will always be disappointed with ourselves to an extent. This is annoying.

Resolutions make these things less annoying. Pricks can be ignored, umbrellas can be bought and goals can be realistic.

In short, "yesterdays losses are todays gains"

/ shit, predictable, condescending advice offered by someone with little insight and understanding of your life with considerable less experience and knowledge than recipient.

I feel the same way damn. Sometimes i fucking hate life and think it would be better to not live at all. There is no rationality behind it, its just how fucked up my brain is. I tried talking about it on newgrounds a while back but was just slammed in the face.

I came here to say goodbye, and I wanted to part by telling you that I have never disliked you and that you are one of the few people who I've decided to say farewell to. The dyke thing was a joke and I hope you didn't believe I really hated you. I'm generally an optimistic person and I genuinely believe all people have a potential to be good and will be good unless made bad by bad things that happen to them. I don't want to be your therapist because it is not good way to part. But maybe even if you don't think you're a good person, I do. Remember that, please.
