Seriously, he is the best tv character ever. Certainly up there with the likes of Del Boy Trotter and Homer Simpson.
If you haven't seen the show Life On Mars (not the shitty US version) and Ashes To Ashes then you should. Great storyline, great characters and great music. The most memorable shows from the 00's I'd say.
