So I'm just going update this weekly I think, it might help motivate me too because I don't want to look like a further failure by having a bad week.

Week 15: Weight gain! - 1/2 lb

Week 16: Weight loss - 5lbs

Week 17: Weight gain! - 2lbs

Total Weight loss so far: 48lbs

I can't pretend that I'm not a little disappointed this week. Though I know that I honestly shouldn't be. Yes, I gained weight when I'm trying so hard not to, but I was told by the weight expert person I see that its because of my weight loss the week before when I was ill. In fact she did warn me that week not to try to loss any weight, and when I went this week she did say that she would have been amazed if I would have stayed the same weight after a bad illness.

I had lost a lot of fluid, because literally it was just going straight through me, so my body recovered what it had lost there, but yeah a little annoyed at myself. As all I can think now is that I'm slowly going to put all 50lbs back on. Bit disheartening to say the least.
